WoWMoM 2009 solicits proposals for live demonstrations
and
posters of novel technology, platforms and applications
in
mobile computing and multimedia pervasive communications.
The demo session presents an excellent opportunity for
authors to present early prototypes of new or ongoing
research and interact directly with the conference
attendees.
We strongly encourage submissions
from both the industry
and universities.
Abstracts of accepted demos will be published in the
conference proceedings
WoWMoM 2009 will grant a BEST DEMO AWARD based on
both the technical contribution and the innovation.
At least one author of each accepted demo is required to
register and present their demo at the conference.
All submissions must include an extended abstract and
should be no longer than three IEEE conference proceedings
format 2-column pages (including references, figures and
tables, at least 10pt font).
All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous review
process.
Authors should clearly describe what they intend to
demonstrate, and what WoWMoM attendees will be able to
enjoy and experiment.
The proposal MUST also include the technical requirements
for the demo and the authors list, including affiliations.
Demo proposals must be submitted as a SINGLE PDF FILE via
e-mail to the demo chair (wowmom09demo"at"supsi"dot"ch), with
Sbject: WoWMoM 2009 Demo Submission.
