MatWare is a tool for constructing domain-specific warehouses by aggregating semantic data. The main objective is to tackle the need for having integrated sets of facts regarding a particular domain.
MatWare is capable to:
- download data from remote sources
- create Virtuoso repositories
- ingest the data to the warehouse
- apply the necessary transformation rules to the data
- create
sameAs
links between the entities of the different sources - create the inference ruleset
- refresh the repository
- compute several quality metrics

MarineTLO-based Warehouse
This warehouse integrates marine-related information coming from 5 different sources (FishBase, WoRMS, ECOSCOPE, FLOD, DBpedia) and allows answering sophisticated queries that cannot be answered by an individual source. Currently, it contains information for about 40,000 marine species, while the total triples are more about 4 millions.
The MarineTLO-based Warehouse is currently used in the context of the iMarine project, and can be accessed through the iMarine portal. A document describing how to access it can be found here.

links)
- For building a domain specific warehouse (accessible through a SPARQL endpoint) which will allow one or more applications to take advantage of it.
- For publishing Linked Data related to a domain.
