To make a reservation with the above rates on 10 - 14 June 2013, send an email to the hotel of your preference and mention in your email that you are participanting in FORTH-SRDC 2013. Please feel free to check whether these hotels offer any other packages during these dates on their web sites or through your travel agents. Any other hotel located in the city centre should be convenient as well.
A bus service will be available to take participants from "Eleftherias Square" to FORTH in the morning and bring them back in the afternoon. This bus has been booked for the summer school and transportation services to and from the school by this bus will be free of charge for the participants.
